Our Promise from Juar Baux Studio

We will deliver every item in our Product line as fast as possible. There will be times when we will not be able to provide certain items due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Refunds /Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days of your purchase by using the Contact Us link below to request a prompt exchange, credit or refund. Once request is received, you will be emailed further instructions for return process. Any merchandise returned must be new and in the original packaging.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.  If a refund is due a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an exchange is due, the item will only be replaced with the same item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the Contact Us link below.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Juar Baux Studio. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
